I can’t believe how fast the weeks and months are rolling by. Seems it was just days ago that we were digging out of the snow. Now Spring has sprung and Summer is on its way. Spring put on quite a show this year. Seems that everything sort of exploded all at once; daffodils, tulips, lilacs, etc. Most of those are on their way out now but the summer flowers are not far behind. Of course the weeds are growing….well... like weeds! The weather is turning warmer daily. We had several breaks from the rain in the last few weeks, so Pete was able to till the garden spot. I planted some peas and lettuce in pots and some tomato, pepper and squash plants in the garden. Will probably plant the seeds soon.
We have also been getting the trailer ready for the camping season. Hopefully we will be able to sneak away for a few days soon!
